New Employees - Onboarding Information

The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) have released a new Fair Work Information Statement in light of a Full Federal Court decision on 21 August 2019 with regards to accruing and taking paid personal/carer's leave under the National Employment Standards.

We took this opportunity to update our standard templates that we provide to our clients so they have something to help get them started in setting up their own onboarding procedures within their business.

Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO)  - Information Statement
New Employee Form - we have found this to be the most common information required to set up a new employee in the payroll systems
Super Choice Form - these can also be completed electronically through ATO online services (this requires the employer setting this up as part of their processes)
TFN Declaration Form - these can also be completed electronically through ATO online services (this requires the employer setting this up as part of their processes)
